Norwegian Peanut Butter

1 can salmon with liquid or cooked salmon
mash the salmon
finely chop and add:
onion
garlic
celery
either sweet or dill pickles
add a touch of Grey Poupon Mustard
bind with mayonnaise (start with just a little, add to taste)

optional:
hard boiled egg
kolrabi

Serve on crackers, bread or eat with a spoon.  Great recipe for leftover salmon or cod.
